1. Discovery & Site Assessment Every project begins with a comprehensive consultation, including phone briefings and on-site visits. This initial phase establishes the project goals and evaluates the physical conditions of the property.

4. Schematic Design & Budget Alignment Once a direction is confirmed, data is integrated into our design systems to produce schematic drawings.
